The Unity Orchestra is a new 53-member ensemble that seeks to fill the current jazz orchestral void that exists in the United States. Drawing on many of the best players from the DFW metroplex as well as the most talented students and graduates from the distinguished University of North Texas, the orchestra is suited and equipped to play music that draws on all types of music, especially that of the wide spectrum of jazz and pop genres. Directed by arranger and composer Drew Zaremba, the Unity Orchestra is currently seeking to begin concert series featuring the best jazz and pop artists alive today.
