Members of the Space Coast Symphony Youth Orchestras will perform side-by-side with their professional SCSO counterparts in an inspiring program. Featuring orchestral favorites and more, this is a concert just for you with wall-to-wall classics. SCSO’s principal horn, Joesph Lovinsky will present the World Premiere of Thomas Joseph’s Concerto Dystonia for horn and orchestra, which chronicles the composer’s own battle with task-specific focal dystonia, a condition which also led to Aaron Collins giving up horn playing. Celebrated pianist, Jacob Craig will join the orchestra and perform works by Debussy, Mozart, and Rachmaninoff. The concert will also highlight the two winners of the Concerto Competition, Ethan Hahn and Payton Brown. Featuring popular works by Tchaikovsky, Mussorgsky, Prokofiev, Verdi and more, this concert of wall-to-wall classics is just for you.
